Texas State Teacher Association's Micro-credential Library
A unique benefit of Texas State Teachers Association (TSTA) membership is access to valuable professional development. Continuing Professional Education (CPE) is required for all Texas educators holding a standard certificate, and classroom teachers must complete 150 CPE hours as a prerequisite for renewal every five years. Because TSTA is authorized to provide and to sponsor CPE, members will have multiple opportunities to earn CPE credits, including NEA micro-credential professional learning communities.
Upon completion, email your micro-credential badge to Carrie Griffith at carrieg@tsta.org in order to be issued CPE certificates.
