All activities must have prior approval from the chief executive officer or designee if the license holder is employed in a Virginia educational agency.
Professional development activities completed by provisional license holders may not be credited towards license renewal. (VA Licensure Renewal Manual, 2019)
Professional Development activities fall under Option 8 for licensure renewal.
